"Kinetic Field" is a field of wheat made by mechanical ears which react to the kinetic movement. When you touch them, they illuminate. A small dynamo, made from recycled materials, turns a simple gesture into energy, illuminating a LED light at the top of the ear. The purpose is to generate a virtuous behavior in the citizens. People, interacting with the ears, generate and utilize energy at the same time .The 30 ears, entirely self-made, exploit the electricity produced by the passage of the magnets inside the copper coils. In our design, technology is friendly and immediately comprehensible and permit a new approach to the energy, that should not be far from people control. The sustainability is also a way to regain possession of skills, tools and knowledge. Jean Cocteau said “The art is the science made clear.”
